These docs must be published complete and intact (with all links within the text active in any online publication), and showing the copyright info that appears at the end of each. A notation should be included to the effect that they are re-printed with the permission of the author.
You are welcome to get the publication done by engaging an honest journalist or publication owner, or by purchasing the space; either way is fine. (The former is better than the latter in terms of impact, but the main thing is to get the information in front of American eyeballs.)
Only fresh copies of each doc can be used, downloaded from the links above. (These have had copyright notices added. I rarely bother to do that, and it's not technically necessary to secure protection, but this is a wide grant of permission. Some might end up making use of it to have the docs published in some pretty obscure places, and I've had material ripped off from such places before...)
